Shipping Policy

Shipping Cost: Free shipping for all orders over ₹1000. For orders below ₹1000, shipping cost is ₹40 (Rajasthan) and ₹60 (Rest of India)

Delivery time: Normally, it takes 5-12 days for an order to reach its destination. Delivery time excludes payment verification & administrative processes.

Orders are mailed out within 48 hours upon payment verification excluding weekends & public holidays.

There can be delays due to multiple reasons. If there is any delay, we will inform you via email. We will also provide you with the tracking id of your order once it is with our courier partners.

As soon as the order is shipped, we will send a detailed message with the name of the courier company and tracking number, it’s customers duty to follow up with the courier company after that, we can help them with the exact status of order along with its location.

If no one is at home/office to receive it, a re-delivery will be attempted up to 2 more times. You will be contacted by the courier company for a suitable time for re-delivery.

Express delivery is available for an added cost. You can choose either Normal delivery or Express delivery during checkout.

If we are unable to fulfil the order in 20 days due to any reasons, it shall be cancelled.

Currently, we do not ship internationally.

The customer or addressee (anyone living at the address) may be required to sign for the package at the door.
