Refunds and Cancellations

Returns and refunds

• Some items such as undergarments can not be returned.
• Returnable items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• The return shipping cost must be borne by the customer if the total bill is less than ₹1000. For bills over ₹1000, the shipping amount (paid by the customer) will be refunded as well (the receipt must be emailed).
• Items returned in their original packing are qualified for refunds.
• The item/s must be unused and in original condition at the time of return to be eligible for refunds.
• Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
• You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies

Cancellations

• Orders must be cancelled before shipping.
• Prepaid orders cannot be cancelled after the item/s is shipped.
• To cancel order, please email at info@ommatching.com
• Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept/fulfill and must cancel.
• We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
• Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
• We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order.
• We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.
• If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.
• The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Om Matching and accept Om Matching’s decision regarding the cancellation.
